Bear attack no.2
Hi Alex here again. So in the previous story my life turned into a “magical, crazy, evil bear” thing. Anyways, let’s get on with the story.

So, me and my grandfather were walking home from where we had scared away the bear. We were happy and decided to go celebrate. Now you might be thinking  But Alex  the bear will hear and he will ambush you there!  But sometimes you have to use common sense. If the  bear went on a jetpack into the sky then how will he ambush us? And plus, we have freaking wands to protect us! Anyway, we were going to go celebrate. We were going to LUMORS bowling place. We booked some tickets and went there. We went there and started bowling. I was losing (because of my terrible fitness) by 24 points when, you guessed it, the bear came in. At first nobody realized but then, “BEAR IN HERE ALWAYS FEAR!!!!!” The bear bellowed. Behind him was Trish and the wolves. “Oh that rotten Trish,” i growled “He saw us going.” The bear’s eyes changed again. The right one green and the left one yellow. “Right over there Trish.” the bear said pointing to our Aisle. I got so mad I threw a bowling ball at him. But the bear just said “promato” and his red protective circle came around him and the bowling ball bounced back knocking down the pins in my isle. I made a silent note to self that I would thank the bear for scoring points for me. (If I survived.) “Raptorego” My grandfather Shouted a spell. The back of the bowling place exploded and an eagle came flying in. “Say roampla” My wand instructed me. I didn’t know what spell that was but I still said it. Then the right side of the LUMORS exploded. The LUMORS manager cursed but kept quiet at the sight of the bear and the wolves. From the wall a ginormous monkey came in. “Hop on!” It said. Then my grandfather and I climbed on the monkey (Not really hop.) The monkey jumped to the forest and started swinging from tree to tree. I heard the bear close behind in his jetpack, while trish and his gang of wolves were racing along close by. “Where ter, pal?” the monkey said in a rather country accent. “The closest museum my friend.” my grandfather responded like he knew the monkey for a long time. “Kay, pal” the monkey said “Dat’s RASHAR MUSEUM SIR.” “Why a museum?” I asked my grandfather. “You’ll see.” my grandfather replied. Man my grandfather was being really mysterious. And did I ever tell you I am not very patient? Anyway, we were going to RASHAR MUSEUM and we heard aloud crash. I looked behind me and saw that the bear had just hit a tree with so much force that the tree fell down. Well to bad for the bear. Trish and the his gang of wolves tripped over the fallen tree (which is pretty hard to do) and landed head first on the ground. The monkey was still swinging from tree to tree like nothing happened at all. Soon, we reached rashar museum. It was a big brown building and it said WE BELIEVE THE GODS ARE REAL! Big and bold on the front. “Boy they’re weird.” I whispered to my grandfather. “Never underestimate their thinking.”

Ch. 2 The gods are real!

I didn’t know why my  grandfather was acting so strange. Usually he just sleeps or tells me to get coffee for him while he’s watching tv (Actually I might be exaggerating). But seriously, he was being so mischievous and so secretive like he is right before my birthday. Now that I mentioned that I started thinking about if this was a birthday gift and if this was my birthday. My birthday was march 6th but it was already August 25th. Perhaps a late birthday gift?  Anyway, I was lost in thought about what was going on with my grandfather. We went inside and my father took out his wand. I became even more suspicious, why would my grandfather take his wand out in a museum? Then we stopped next to a statue of buddha. I recognized immediately, after all I was an Indian living in America. Strangely, nobody was around there. I was about to ask my grandfather why there was nobody there, but when I turned I saw that my grandfather was chanting a spell. Once he finished his chant he told me to go hide under this table. I was afraid My grandfather had gotten brain tumor. Then he pointed his wand at the statue of god and chanted a spell “ cean, cean, cean, cean.” Suddenly the statue began to glow. The glow became brighter and brighter. Then, the glow vanished and i heard a noise of footsteps stomping toward the statue. I looked at them and realized they were wearing wands on their belts. They both had angry faces. “Alvin why do you always break the rules?” One said. “You will get us in trouble!” “I am sorry friends, I just wanted to protect my grandson Alex.” My grandfather motioned me to get up.  I tried to get up but forgot I was under a table and banged my head against the top board. My grandfather slapped his head. I tried again and successfully got up. “Um, hi?” I said not sure what else to ask. “Hi” They both said together. “I am Alex.” I said. “I am Lumar Tormania and this is Rob Lonad” said Lumar. Both of their eyes were emerald green and when they looked at me I felt like I was being scanned. “You gave your grandson a wand Alvin?” Rob said. “That’s against the rules to give a wand to a child!” He said with much more force then I expected. I looked around and surprisingly saw that everybody was normally walking around and looking at exhibits like nothing happened. It was probably just the magic force around us that my grandfather casted. “The bear is back”  my grandfather said softly, his voice quavering. I was surprised. Usually my grandfather was very calm and brave, but now I could tell he was really scared. As for Lumar, he fainted. And Rob wasn’t much better. He turned completely green then barfed on the floor. Then once they were both back to their senses, Rob said “I will report to the committee immediately.” Lumar was still dazed from his faint. “What committee.” I asked. “And what’s so scary about the bear? He’s really dumb.” Rob looked like he would barf again. “Don’t - mention - name.” He managed before he barfed again. Lumar on the other hand was still shaky but managed to say “The bear is scary because he was there 546 years ago when he destroyed the first committee.” Then you guessed it, he fainted. I stared at my grandfather “These are your partners?!” “Yep” my grandfather sighed. “Wow, they’re dumb AND scaredy cats.” I said. Exactly when they got their senses the bear burst into the room. “BEAR IN HERE ALWAYS FEAR.” “Wow, he gives up his cover every time.” Trish muttered under his breath.
Ch.3 the great battle of statues

I still don’t know why the bear always  gives up his cover. Anyway, Lumar and Rob were each trying not to barf and faint. Rob kept turning a complete dark shade of green which made him look like Frankenstien, and Lumar kept struggling to hold back a faint by leaving his eyes wide open. “Looks like we have some backup to kill too, eh?” the bear said. Five or six people came out of the crowd. “Bear.” One of them hissed. I realized they were wearing wands too. They all took out their wands. I guessed that it was a signal to take out my wand too. I took out my wand and shouted one of the three spells I knew. “Raptorego!” and a falcon came to my aid. My grandfather’s spell signaled an eagle to come. I guess you just had to have more experience. Anyway, the bear shouted a spell “bearision.” Suddenly the doors opened and a gang of bears flooded in. Rob shouted a spell “Promato!” and one of the other magicians said “Boundor.” Suddenly, a blue circle of light surrounded us. The magician moved forward and the blue light move d with him. Then the blue light touched a bear. The bear melted and the spell dematerialized. It looked like blue powder. “Won’t help, my friend.” The bear said pointing to all his comrade bears. “Your not a friend but a fiend you evil beast.” My grandfather shouted with a blaze of fire in his eye. Suddenly, the bears eyes changed like they did last time we had a battle. “I think a battle is coming,” the bear continued. “I suppose I should get ready.” And with that he shouted “Nowandia!” suddenly, Rob’s wand disappeared and he got launched back knocking down a statue of a knight. Now that I looked at the knight I had a tingling in my gut to try something. I knew it was a horrible plan but I knew the magicians my grandfather and I wouldn’t be able to win against the bear by ourselves. We needed someone else like a knight. I ran to the statue my hands tingling to try it out. “Alex!?” My grandfather called to me in confusion. I didn’t listen I pointed my wand at the statue.”Cean, cean, cean, cean-” “GO BEARS” The bear shouted in the middle of the spell. The statue exploded and I had to duck under the legs of a statue to not get hit. Suddenly, a two things happened at once. 1. The bears jumped at me. 2. Rob lifted a statue and jumped at the bears completely missing. The bear were so close to killing me when rob jumped op again. I think he realized that he was going to miss, and then he lost grip of the statue. I fell on another statue and blasted into pieces, then the statue it landed down tilted and smacked into the other one with so much force all the statues started falling against one and the other like domino pieces. I realized that the statue I was hiding under was in the line of domino statues. I jumped out of the statues legs smacking into the wall and knocking into a cracked glass case. I know right, I am a pro. Meanwhile, my grandfather and the magicians were shouting spells that I didn’t know.  I felt a feather brush my face. I looked at my shoulder and saw the falcon that I summoned. I had almost forgot about the magical raptor I summoned when the bear had first come in the museum. This might have been one of the dumbest thing i’ve ever done in my life. I charged into battle. I smacked into a bear from the bear’s army and my vision became blurry, then I got launched back once again and smacked into the wall. I heard my grandfather scream. After a few seconds I came back to my senses. I tried to get up but regretted it immediately. I felt a piercing pain in my legs. I looked at them and saw it had a nasty cut on the right one. I ripped some of my shirt (Which took a few minutes because of my launch back. Actually, I think the cause was my terrible strength) and put it on my cut. I took out my wand and pointed at my cut “Promato” Then I tried to get up but only a little pain had vanished from the spell. I was about to give up hope and die, but then Rob came and and took one glance at my cut and kneeled down. He whispered a spell pointing his wand at my cut. “Healos” and instantly my cut healed completely. Well that’s a handy spell. “Take this sword Alex, it is sacred to the committee.” Rob said holding a sword which had a orange aura around it. “Thanks Rob.” I said very grateful for the gift. Then once again I charged into battle. I still had my wand in my hand. I shouted a spell. “Boundor” and the blue circle surrounded me. I took my sword and started swinging it. Surprisingly I didn’t hit myself and was actually able to hit some bears and reduce them to dust. Soon, with the help of my grandfather and his magicians, we destroyed the bear army. We enclosed on the bear and the wolves. “Curse you!” The bear said which I guessed was a sign of defeat. He took his jetpack and fled through the door. As for Trish and the wolves, they ran behind the Bear. Well, at least we got rid of them for sometime. But I was sure he would strike again.
